Handmade 6 strand 32″ long Midnight Shimmer and Hot Pink Shimmer kangaroo leather lead. This lead has a midnight shimmer decorative knot at the loop end and the 4″ handle, plus it also contains 1100 lb. dacron core for added strength and to keep the lead from stretching.

I NEVER use spliced leather! All of my leads are stretched, split, beveled, conditioned, rolled, and finished with a conditioner. Taking a little extra time doing these steps is necessary to give you a high-quality braid that will hold up for years! When you get your new braided kangaroo lead, it should feel like butter in your hands.

I purchase my leather directly from Australia. The leather is procured from Australia’s Government-licensed kangaroo culling program. I use kangaroo leather lacing exclusively. My leather comes directly from Australia from the premier leather factory in the country. This lace is used worldwide by top whip makers. It’s extreme toughness and softness lends itself to making wonderful dog leads!
