We have the right to cancel any order at anytime. We are human and do make mistakes, if there is a pricing error you will be contacted by us or your order will be refunded.

Online Payment Options

Online orders can be submitted using our secure shopping system. We accept most Credit Cards or Paypal.

Telephone Orders

We also accept orders via telephone at (616)585-1919. Our phone lines are open Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time.

In the unlikely event that a customer services assistant is not available to answer your call, please leave a message. We will return your call as soon as we are able.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped the same day or within 48 hours. We ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority for heavier items.

Expedited services are also available for an additional charge. They include USPS Second day or Next day, Priority Mail International, Express Mail International and UPS unless otherwise specified.

International Orders

We welcome international orders. International orders shipped via the postal service take approximately four weeks to reach their destination.

Expedited services are also available for an additional charge. Priority Mail International, Express Mail International, or UPS are available. Please allow two weeks for delivery of orders shipped via Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.

We are not responsible for any Customs regulations, Duties,  Import fees, Import problems or VAT Fees. If you want to place an International order please email us to see if we can ship to your country. It is up to the customer to research their import requirements and fees associated of their country of import.

We are not responsible for  damaged, delayed,  lost, stolen, or damage from opening your package. Please purchase Route shipping insurance at checkout to cover your purchase.  All orders $500 > will ship with signature required for delivery.

Shipping Charges

We will charge you the actual shipping charges to ship your items. There are no hidden handling fees or up charges added to your shipping. Shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to Michigan addresses will be charged sales tax.

Returns

Please email or call us before returning merchandise in order to obtain a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization will be refused, and no refund will be given.

Returns must be made within 14 days after the merchandise is received. All returned items must be in their original packaging, uncut and resalable condition.  Shipping charges for items returned to Leads N Leather are the responsibility of the customer and not refundable. If an item received was damaged due to shipping, or the item received was not what was ordered Leads N Leather will pay the return shipping. Leads N Leather is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
